Our TT Fizzy Tarté Cocktail Ingredients:
Raspberry vodka
Lemon juice
Cranberry bitters,
Demerara sugar
Mascarpone
Garnished with house-made raspberry sorbet, an ice cream wafer and edible flowers.
Taste:
Sweet, floral, dry, silky.
